Neurodiversity Coach

Meet Lynne, an accredited coach (ACC) with the ICF, holder of a PG Cert in business and personal coaching from Chester University and Gold Mind Academy Certified ADHD Specialist Coach.

Lynne specialises in supporting individuals with ADHD and/or Autism, celebrating the rich diversity in thinking, perception, and self-expression. Her mission is to foster understanding, appreciation, and self-acceptance.

With Lynne, you'll embark on a journey to understand your unique brain and nervous system, uncover and nurture your strengths, and devise clever strategies for any challenges. She's here to help you build the confidence, self-esteem, and self-control essential for a successful life.

Drawing from personal experience in a neurodiverse family, Lynne's path led her to become a dedicated neurodiversity coach. Through this, she also discovered her own late-diagnosed neurodifference (ADHD), adding a personal touch to her approach and a sense of true understanding of her clients and their experiences.

ADHD Coach

Fiona received her diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 42 in the middle of lockdown. The revelation was a turning point for her, shedding light on the challenges she had faced throughout her life and providing her with a newfound understanding of herself. Motivated by her own journey, she felt compelled to focus on supporting others who also navigate life with ADHD.

Having trained with Gold Mind Academy, because their specialised ADHD coaching program resonated deeply with Fiona’s mission. As a Gold Mind Academy Certified ADHD Specialist Coach, she is equipped with invaluable insights and tools to better serve her ADHD tribe.
